Why we soft wash

Most of the damage we get called to look at was caused by another contractor with too much pressure and not enough patience. Water forced behind vinyl siding. Paint stripped off trim. Granules blasted off roof shingles, which takes years off the roof. Punctured synthetic stucco that traps moisture inside the wall until the sheathing rots.

Soft washing does the cleaning with chemistry at roughly garden hose pressure instead. It kills mildew and algae at the root rather than knocking the top layer off, which is also why a soft washed house stays clean noticeably longer. Concrete is the main surface that genuinely wants pressure, and even there a surface cleaner beats a wand because it does not leave stripes.

How to judge us before you call

We are not going to tell you we are the best. Here is what you can actually check. Our pricing page publishes real ranges, which almost nobody in this market does. The photos on this site are our own job photos from Charlotte-area properties, not stock images. And the service pages explain the method and the reasoning well enough that you can use them to interrogate any other contractor you are considering.

Ask every company you call what psi they run against siding. Ask whether they soft wash or pressure wash a roof. Ask for the certificate of insurance before the first visit. If we are not the right fit, those questions will still save you from the wrong one.

How fast we can get to you

Residential work is typically scheduled the same week you call. Commercial work runs one to two weeks out. Both can be faster depending on how full the schedule is, so it is worth asking.
